Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major debit and credit card providers accepted. 

How are orders shipped?

All orders are sent and trackable by Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

How long will delivery take once shipped?

1st class orders are normally received the next day, orders outside the UK will take roughly 3 days in the EU and 5 days outside the EU.

If an item happens to be out of stock it will take slightly longer but it will be shipped out to you the day we receive it .

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched. Generally the tracking information on a signed for service from Royal Mail will only show an update once is in progress or delivery has been attempted.

Can I change my delivery address?

Delivery addresses can be changed prior to dispatch. As most orders are sent out the same day we would recommend calling customer services on:

Can I return my order?

Unopened items may be returned for an exchange or refund as long as it’s returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons opened items will not be accepted.
